From April 1 to June 10, the San Francisco market has been bustling with activity. During this period, a total of 468 single-family homes were sold. Here's a breakdown of those sales:

  • 29 homes sold over $5 million

  • 54 homes sold between $3-5 million

  • 103 homes sold between $2-3 million

  • 252 homes sold between $1-2 million

  • 38 homes sold under $1 million

 

The Most Expensive Homes Sold

Among the most luxurious properties sold this spring, five homes stood out, with prices ranging from $7.8 million to a staggering $24 million. Notably, three of these prestigious homes are located in the picturesque Presidio Heights neighborhood.
