What Does Selling Luxury Real Estate Mean?

Is luxury defined by a price point?

Is luxury defined as the experience and expectations?

Is luxury defined as your lifestyle, experiences, environment?

Is luxury defined as a completely remodeled home?

The answer is yes and many more other things depending on who you ask.

San Francisco defines a luxury property as $5 million and up. Super luxury is $10 million and up. And in other places of the country, like Nashville, a luxury home is $3 million. So maybe it's not just the price of the home.

Maybe it has to do with the unique, white glove experience on the journey to buy the home.

Since everyone's definition of what a luxury home, lifestyle, and experience is different then it is my job, as a real estate agent providing a luxury experience to both know what my clients need and expect and ask them what they need and expect.

This is the luxury experience that I provide my clients.

First of all we have initial communication and setting goals and expectations. I then craft a very personal and unique experience to them. It's tailor made to my clients. Just like his Ralph Lauren suit and her gown.

Rule 1 Craft a totally unique experience to them and exactly how they want it.

Rule 2 Communication. How often do your clients want to communicate with you? What is their preferred method? How involved do they want to be? Make it happen

Rule 3 My number 1 focus is entirely on them and their transaction. I handle it all, I identify issues, put fires out, figure everything out, and make it as smooth and stress free for my clients as possible. They are busy, this is one less things for them to worry about.

Rule 4 Have a solid team behind you and them. My team is solid. This includes my escrow and title officers, my transaction coordinator, my assistants, my lawyers. All ready at a moment's notice and all understand how I work.

Rule 5 I know everyone you might need. Need a handyman? An architect, contractor, designer? Need a plumber? Need a restaurant recommendation? I got you.

Rule 6. Be the expert. Know everything about your market, how to price accordingly, sense market shifts before they happen. I am the expert.

If you're looking for a white glove, luxury home buying or selling experience, at any price point. I got you.
