Now take into account the time to draw plans that you are happy with, submit for permit, the permit process, the construction time…

-How much does your time cost? Is the stress and time of it all worth it?

-The cost, its always going to cost more than you think. That's just inevitable.

So, before you tell me you want a home that you can remodel, think about these things. Do you have the time, attention, mental capacity, and funds to carry this project?
